comparison question

Simple question... I am trying to compare two large sets of files and only find out if there are files in one set that are not in another, I don't care about differences in file sizes or times, only if there are files in one set that are not in another. Any suggestions?

The best way to do this is with comparison criteria settings and a display filter.

Select Session|Comparison Control.
Uncheck all comparison criteria. You probably want all of the Folder Handling options checked.

Select View|Display Filters|Only Orphans.

This should display orphan files while ignoring all comparison criteria.
