The compiler is probably putting some sort of different timestamp or other build information into the dll somewhere.

You might be able to determine what the differences are by comparing the dlls using the Hex Viewer plug-in.

I am trying to compare two dll that were built on two different machines. The environment of the two machines are exactly the same and so is the code base. But when I do a binary comparison on Beyond compare it is saying that it is different.
