Binary Comparison not working 100%

Hi - I have been a user of Beyond Compare for a couple of years now, but have only run into the following issue just recently:

In a binary comparison (no time-stamp or crc selected), two identical dll's a showing up as very different. Using the OS' file compare (fc /b...), the files are identical. Other dlls in the BC2 comparison seem to be working ok... I am using version 2.2.5...

Have you tried looking at the two files in the Hex Viewer plug-in to verify they are identical?

If that doesn't help track down a difference, please send the two dll's to [email protected] so we can reproduce the problem.
