  • How to filter by date on both sides?

I am evaluating the product. What I am trying to achieve is to sync/compare remote ftp and local folders. Since there are many files envoled, I would like to filter the time it take to compare (I use rules). Thus, I only care about files who were updated recently. I've noticed there is an option to filter by date, but it only apply for one side. I need it to be on both sides. How do I acheive that? If does not exist. I would suggest this as enhancment.

The filtering by date (in the Filter by Date tab of Session|File Filters) affects both sides. Separate date filters for each side is on our wish list.

If you're having problems with a time zone difference between the two sides, you can compensate for time zone differences in the Advanced tab of Session|Comparison Control.

Not all ftp servers support setting timestamps, so if the problem is because the ftp server lacks this support, you may want to check "Touch local files when copying to an FTP site" in the Advanced tab of Session|Comparison Control.

Please let us know if that doesn't solve the problem.
