Post-copy action

Hi,

I would like to be able to perform an action after performing a copy from one side to the other. I was wondering if such a thing is possible.

The sort of action I am thinking of is kicking off a script to delete any earlier copies of the file I have just copied which might live in other directories.

Any advice/tips much appreciated.

There isn't a way to trigger another action off of an Actions|Copy command.

If you perform your copy in a script, you can manually write BC commands to clear out the other files.

You can also manually call a script or batch file from BC by setting it up as a context menu Open With command. Open With commands are configured in the Open With section of Tools|Options.

Thanks very much for responding Chris - that answers my question perfectly. I'll explore the "Open With" functionality and see if I can make that do what I want.
