Sorry everybody, by using the forum's search function I found a couple of other posts concerning the same topic. So I got my answer

Hello, BC is a great utility!
I want to compare two folders that contain the same amount of files (they are also the same size), that are most probably the same files. The only difference is the files names. I want to be 100% sure they're the same files. I have not found a way to compare the files since they've got different names.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
