Normalize Folder Contents ?

Is there a method in Beyond Compare to normalize the contents of all the folders below the selected root such that all the files appear as if the were in single folder?

This would be very helpful to address situations where left side contents sit in folders and right does not - or when folder names and/or file locations don't match. I very often just want to compare all the files down one file tree with all the files down another - independent of what folders they sit in or what their folder names are, etc.

There isn't a method to compare files in mismatched folder structures using the current version of Beyond Compare.

Folder independent file comparison is on our list to include in a future version of BC.
