Thanks for the suggestions. In the current version it is only possible to save Folder Viewer comparison sessions. In our next major version, we'll include support for saving both folder and file comparison sessions.

You can access saved folder comparison sessions quickly from the Session: dropdown toolbar. If you have a set of comparison criteria that you use frequently for new folder comparisons, you can set them as default using the Session|Set Default command.

It would be really beneficial to have a list of the previous compares available in the File menu, or a history option as well. Also, to have the possibility of creating customized compare/syncronize buttons, for quick access to the most used comparisons.
