FTP ABOR command

  • FTP ABOR command

    Is there a known issue with the ABOR command handling? Clicking on the red X-button while an FTP retrieve is underway sometimes issues an ABOR command (according to the log). But BC (2.2.3, build 221) doesn't seem to expect the messages the FTP server sends in response to the ABOR. See this log extract:

    Yes, unfortunately our ABOR support is still spotty. It's poorly implemented in the FTP library we're using, which means the FTP connection sometimes gets out of sync after sending it. The only way to reset the connection right now is a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5).
