HL7 compare?

I'd like to compare HL7 (health level 7) to XML files. Any plans for ScooterSoftware to provide a plug-in for HL7 in the near future, or does anyone know of an existing file compare tool that does this?

Sorry, we don't have plans for an HL7 tool in the near future. If you can find a way to convert the HL7 files to a text file of some type, that is your best option for comparing them in Beyond Compare.
