One feature greatly simplifying review of changes would be a flattened folders comparison, where all the files differences are displayed in a long single file comparison-like view. I.e. as if it were just one file, but separated within with the names/paths of the files, differences found within. This way one can avoid a lot of clicking, and just scroll over all the diffs.

Thanks for the suggestion. The closest thing we have to what you describe is the File Compare report. You can select all files in a folder comparison and produce a contiguous report of file differences. Of course, reviewing the differences would be read-only in that case.
You can also scroll through the differences in one file, and then press Ctrl+M to open the next file pair with differences.
BTW, we do have a "Flatten Folders" function now, but it ignores folder tree structure rather than the transitions between files.Tim T Scooter Software
