461 Save Snapshot fails to warn of file overwrite

By default, "Save Snapshot" generates a filename that doesn't exist. If you change it to use an existing filename, it will warn before overwriting.

Oops, sorry - I did not spot the fact that BC had auto-varied the name... because the variation was concealed off the right end of the text control.

It would be nice if this (and all) dialogs' sizes were adjustable and persistent. Failing which, not so small!

Actually, this dialog (save as) is a standard Windows dialog that is resizable and remembers its size.
