Hi,
I usually working on very big project with thousands of source code files.
I often have to compare my local copy (small subset of actual project folder), I always use "show no orphans".
When comparing my local code with actual workspace, BC3 will keep on scanning folders in background for non-matching folders.
Turning off "Automatically scan top-level orphan subfolders" can't help, as those non matching folders are not on the top level.
As a result, BC3 will keep on scanning in background for 30mins or so, after actual seen comparison finishes.
Is there a way not to scan those unwanted folders?
As I don't need to compare those orphan folders.
Regards,
Anggi
