Sync "Actions" are now in the same order as they were in BC2.

Hello, BC3 Team,

The change log for July 28th version says that :

"Sync "Actions" are now in the same order as they were in BC2."

It will be nice if you please explain what does it imply.

This change log entry was referring to the Folder Sync's "Sync" session settings page layout.
