Multi-item Quick Compare

Idea:

Why not provide a quick-compare option for folders and multiple file/folder selections that returns the same type of diff tree as the "Folder Compare Info" option on the Sessions drop-down menu?

IOW, reinstate BC2's Compare Contents results dialog. Yes, we're strongly considering that.

I don't know... is it one and the same thing? I haven't had BC2 installed for some time now...

I guess I'm suggesting that I don't have a problem with the current Compare Contents functionality. I like it the way it is. But it would be nice to be able to get a difference summary on demand without having to enable or disable a results dialog after the existing compare contents functionality. It seems to me that a "Quick Compare" option would be an ideal place to put it, since BC3 already has a quick-compare option for a single pair of files...
