Help with a very simple question

Meanings of colors of folder icons in folder comparison (light grey, dark grey, pink, blue, pink/blue)?????

I've used BC in previous versions, and I remember finding the answer to this in the help files, but for the life of me, I can't find an explanation of the folder icons in the v3.0 help files.

It is very likely that I am just too stupid - be that or not, however, can someone please link me to the answer?
