9357 File filter fails to exclude type when Alignment override includes it

A file filter that excludes a type fails when there is an alignment override referencing this type - files of the excluded type that should not appear in the comparision display do appear (in the same colour as Suppress Filter uses) e.g. attached.

Regardless, I suggest it would be good if this failure of behaviour to accord with documentation was fixed either way.
