Also note that Clear is a misrep of the (intended) functionality. 'Include All' would be accurate and IMO better.

Thanks for the bug report. The "Include files" and "Include folders" edits automatically re-add "*.*" and "*" in some cases, that that's apparently getting in the way of the Clear enabling behavior. I'll see if that can get fixed.
