Help on Actions->New Folder says:
On the Actions menu, the New Folder command lets you create a folder at the current position. If you have a file or folder selected, the new folder will be created with the same parent folder as the selected item.
As this behaviour is necessary to create a subfolder in an empty folder. please add a hint to the help.
Enhancement suggestion for the wishlist: Allow multiple selection to create subfolders with the same name in all selected folders (opened or closed).
