10554 R-C Explorer hover can cause "The system cannot find the file specified" error

If you attempt to copy the folder, does it present the same error text? Can you access and rename the folder with My Computer/Explorer?

Sorry, that folder is no longer available for test.

In fact it might have been no longer available at the time of the spurious BC error...
