Suggestion: New compressed folder

Just curious... Are you simply wanting to activate NTFS compression on a Windows folder? Or you wanting to create an archive file like Craig describes?

If the name you enter in the "New Folder" dialog ends with .zip, .tgz, or .tar.gz, BC will create it as an empty archive file instead of a folder.

Could the New Folder... command be accompanied in each place it appears by a New Compressed Folder... command? Thanks.
