BUG: Sorting changes after Text Compare in "Ignore Folder Structure" view

I think I might have found a bug in version 3.1.10 build 11626:
1) Compare a couple of folders
2) Switch to "Ignore Folder Structure" view of results (Folder Compare window)
3) Sort results by "Path" instead of "Name" by clicking on the column header
4) Double click any file to bring up the "Text Compare" window
5) Close the "Text Compare" window
6) Notice that the Folder Compare window has re-sorted to the "Name" column instead of "Path"

Its pretty annoying, but not devastating.

Thanks for the report. I am able to reproduce this and I'll create a tracker entry so we can investigate this issue.
