  • 11626 "There is no disk in the drive."

While one tab is running a copy of large files from HD to FTP.ZIP, I attempt to Browse on a second tab and get

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device
    \Harddisk5\DR12.

(see attached) and clicking Cancel get seven more, similar.

I have never seen this before.

    Any idea what's up?

EDIT: With the copy finished and its tab closed, the problem did not reccur.

      Hi Chris,

I also haven't seen this before.

Is \device\harddisk5\dr12 a removable disk on your system? BC might be trying to browse a removable disk that isn't connected\inserted.

        Yes.

I wonder why. No BC location control was referencing a removable drive.

What type of device is it (usb flash drive, usb hard drive, zip drive, sd card reader, etc)?

Can you repeat the same error with clean settings in a portable install?

            It is a card reader.
