    As Michael points out, you can use:
    Session -> Session Settings... -> Misc tab -> Alignment overrides

    This is a BC3 Pro feature, and is not available in BC3 Std.

    The exact rule you would need is sided, so you would need to define
    *.c = *.cpp or *.cpp = *.c, depending on which side the .c and .cpp files are (or, define both).

    I am currently porting to C++ a software writen in C.
    So all my file called foo.c bar.c are renamed foo.cpp bar.cpp and so on.

    To patch older maintained versions of this software, I would like to automatically compare foo.c to foo.cpp, bar.c to bar.cpp and so on.
    Right now I have to select files manually.

    Is threre a way to do this ?
