I have an MP3 player that comes up under windows as a "portable device", not a hard disk. It is organized as a hard disk when I open it, with folders and sub folders. I was hoping to use BC to sync it with my music, but BC3 doesn't see the device (I can't open it when in BC, nor does it offer the BC option when I right click it).

Are portable devices not supported by BC3, or is it hidden somewhere? I am using windows 7, and vista behaves the same way

Sorry, we don't currently support devices that don't have a drive letter. It is on the wishlist for a future release.
