Hi
The option to view folders flattened, aka ignore folders, is just what I needed. But it raises a problem as well because if I hit, say, "sync right" then files that are orphans on the left get copied to the base folder on the right - whereas what I want is for them to be copied to the files' corresponding folder structure. In other words, for the folder structure on the right to replicate the one on the left; and for files to be in the same folder (after sync) on the right as they are on the left. This seems to be far more logical than just copying to the base folder (though of course the latter is correct when not viewing flattened).
Is there any way of doing this? If not, could it be introduced?
Thanks
