I am comparing 2 folders and working through a file at a time. After changing one or more files and saving them, BC3 locks up and nothing more can be done. When I click the X to shut it down, after about 10 seconds, it pops up a message saying the shut down has timed out and do I want to force the quit.
I am running BC3 pro edition for Linux, running on fedora 12. I am using a rules based compare.
I will be glad to answer any other questions but this is extremely counter productive when you have to stop and timeout every 2-3 files when I am merging three different source trees.
Any fix or workaround would be greatly appreciated.
