Mode Z in a script?

I have not used MODE Z (compression) in ftp before, but I have a use for it now. I see there is a place to turn it on in "FTP Profiles" but how would this apply to running an automated script? That is, how would I turn it on in a script?

Enable it in the profile and BC will use it automatically for that FTP site in scripts.
