    No problem Aaron.
    FWIW:
    I tried:
    "available space"
    'available space'
" available space " (extra space, after and before the " )
    all same results.

    Anyway, forget it.
    Neecase I'll use Google Search.

Interesting. The exact same search reveals only 6 results for me if I use quotes. I'm not familiar with a vBulletin setting that might alter this behavior.

It is no big deal, I guess Google can help me out.

    Hello,

That's a bit odd. I see different results for a "Quote" search vs. a not quoted search. The quotes do seem to limit and find only "available space", though might not find all of the posts compared to a Google search.

Of course I also tried that b4 posting...
I got a lot of hits, but 'space' here, 'available' there, not the combo.

    Hello,

Placing quotes should limit it to only return threads with "Available space" as you expect. However, vBulletin's search is not as robust at finding every post as Google. It's the current capabilities of the forum software that we use.

Forum Search (don't know where else to post)

Up front: this has nothing to do with Beyond Compare.
Am not sure where else to post.

What am I supposed to enter as searchstring when I am looking for :
    available space

    I tried: available space
    and "available space" (between quotes)
    and checked the FAQ
but cannot discover how to search for 2 (or more words) as a combined string.

Maybe this multiple words string is not supported?
If so, maybe add this to the next version of your site.

Meanwhile, as a workaround, I have to resort to Google site search
    "site:scootersoftware.com "available space"
