Get a count of matching lines?

As a longtime BC user I'm surprised I can't find this (or that it isn't there).

When looking at a simple text file compare, how can I get the number of matching lines?

I see references here to Differences Reports and Statistics, but find no such menu entries in File Compare mode.

Hello,

I believe the option you are looking for is in the Text Compare's graphical interface, go to the Session menu -> Text Compare Report (or Text Compare Info pop-up dialog). Does this meet your needs?
