updating unRAR and 7-zip dlls

The properties of unrar.dll show 3.90.3.168. WinRAR is in version 4.20 now.

The properties of 7zxa.dll show 4.57.0.0. 7-zip is in version 9.20 already.

Are there plans to update those libraries?

Beyond Compare 4 uses up-to-date versions of both libraries. We don't have any plans for updates to version 3.
