/filters= support was reintroduced in the most recent release (3.0.4.8855)

Sorry, the /filters= switch isn't in the current version of BC3. I'll add it to our todo list.

As an alternative, if you always use the same filters you can change the Folder Compare session defaults to always start with your preferred filters. You can also edit presets for the Filters toolbar dropdown in the "Folder Views" section of the Tools > Options dialog.

Were the command line /filters= switch removed from BC3? If so can that be added back if at all possible?
