Tabs navigation button covers last tab close button

When you open enough compare tabs such that the navigation arrows appear, the nav covers the close button of the rightmost tab. Any chance the nav arrows could be moved up to the menu bar?

I think I would rather see the tab navigation arrows placed in their own dedicated space at the beginning of the tab bar instead of as buttons that overlay the tabs at the end of the tab bar.

In other words, when enough tabs are opened that they don't all fit, move the beginning of the first tab to the right a little and insert a control similar to what Microsoft Excel uses.
