BC3 build 9222 crashing

I installed this build of BC3. Immediately after installing when it tries to open itself, it crashes with the Error dialog. and no change in behavior even after successive attempts. I had to revert back to older build 9037. Attached crash report & screen shot.

Hello NeOnD,

If you make a portable install of the most recent version, do you also have trouble with it as well?
