Change Log in Download Center doesn't show 3.0.11

I forced a refresh on the page and it looks find now as well. I'm wondering if the corp proxy server was caching the old version of the Change Log.

The change log looks fine to me.

The Change Log in the Download Center doesn't show the changes for 3.0.11.9510. The latest entries are for v3.0.10.9357 November 3, 2008.
