The current Windows installer allows the user to place a BC3 shortcut on the desktop and, I believe, the quick launch bar.

Could you please add an option to place a BC3 shortcut in: %userprofile%\SendTo

Why? The shell extension already does what SendTo does, better.

There are many times that I want to open a folder or file into one side of a compare without specifying the other side of the compare. For example:

1) To use the touch or RegEx rename capabilities on a folder structure
2) To open a file and compare it with the contents of my clipboard
3) To open a file for editing in BC without loading a compare session

For those types of activities, SendTo works much better than the shell extension.
