We are getting an error when the installer is launched. The file errors as soon as click on.

What error message do you get when you run the installer?

Does your user account have administrative rights?

Don't forget that you can also check your event log for errors.

FYI - I've installed BC3 on several 2003 servers. I've never had an error.
