is there a way to find duplicates in different folders

I have amassed a bunch of mp3s - some in an itunes music structure of itunes music / group / album name / file.mp3

others are just thrown together in 1 folder.

Is there a way to compare the itunes music tree structure and let me know if there's a dupe anywhere in there compared to the folder with no subfolders? Basically, show orphans, etc, but totally disregard the folders if it's anywhere under base folder A and anywhere under base folder B, let me know?

There is no easy way yet... what I usually do is flatten my folders then enable and sort by the CRC column... Consecutive files with the same CRC are dups. A little tedious, but it works.
