Binary comparision without shifts

How to compare two binary files with out any shifts in byte positions in both files?

You need to change the "Alignment" option in the "Session Settings" to "None".

If you never want BC to perform an alignment change the setting from the "Edit session defaults" item in the "Home" view's treeview. If you want to change it for a particular set of files load them in the hex compare and use the Session->Session Settings menu item.
