Move license to other PC

Is there a way to move the licenses from one computer to another?

According to the BC3 license agreement:

A single-user ("Personal") License Key may either be used by a single user who uses the Software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single computer used by multiple people, but not both.

In the latter case, moving a license from computer to another would simply be a matter of uninstalling the product from the first machine and installing it on the second.
