Windows Share

Hi,

It's regarding accessing Windows shared folders in BC3. I'm not sure if this has been asked earlier.
I want to be able to access all shares a computer offers in my network e.g. whenever I access \\SOMEPC (assuming it's in network & no problem with the access), it should list all the shared folders (as in Windows explorer) available on this computer.
As of now BC3 reports "Folder not available" whenever I try to access \\SOMEPC. For it to work I must know the Share name I want to access. It can access \\SOMEPC\shared-folder but not \\SOMEPC. That's strange.
Do you have some workaround or you intend to fix it?

Hello,

If you click the browse button, you can go to My Network Places and view the list of folders a computer is currently hosting (note that you cannot select the computer name here, either). The list as presented in My Computer is not an actual folder, but a list of folders that are clickable.

If you type into the location bar (\\computer\) the auto-complete dropdown should also show available folders.
