The Scooter team hasn't even finished implementing their target functionality for BC3. I wouldn't expect to see a BC4 beta for at least another year yet... maybe longer.

Are you asking because of specific feature, or do you just need an excuse to give us more money?

Michael's correct, we're still directing all of our energy towards updates for v3, and plan to continue adding significant features in 3.2/3.3. Among other things, we hope to have a 64-bit version for v4, and that won't be possible until after a compiler update currently scheduled for next year.

A built in backup feature would be a terrific thing to put into BC.

Please no! There are so many 'backup' utilites, and even a few excellent ones. Concentrate on what you do best.
