Color scheme

I just installed a demo and did a folder compare, I se there are different colors to different files, I have looked through the help files but there doesn't seem to be anything there to explain what the difference in colors means. Is this information available somewhere ?

Use the View->Legend menu item to display a window with examples of all the colors used.
