I have been using the V1 an V2 version for years and one of the mean functionality in there was the facts that V2 did not preserve the crated date of the nested folders (in my case it is very important). I wrote my own little utility to override the crated date and inherent it from the source files. Does V3 address the problem? If not then is any switched that I might activate in V3 that would inherent the original files/folder creation date? I was looking in your knowledge base and did not find anything about it.

Robocopy ("Robust File Copy") from Microsoft can preseve creation dates.
Robocopy:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Robocopy GUI:
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ght2006_11.exe
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robocopy
Perhaps BC3 could be configured to leverage robocopy? I've read that it now comes as a standard feature in Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008.BC v4.0.7 build 19761

Hello Luke,
It is still on our wishlist, but is still not available as a feature.
How would you like to use this feature? Do you intend to Touch the creation date, or wish it preserved during a Copy or Sync? Is it for backups?Aaron P Scooter SoftwareComment
