Start BC3 Minimized

I see there are a few threads indicating indicating problems with responsiveness when updating the GUI and comparing.

I am now doing more work from home using VPN and Remote Desktop Connections and have seen that starting a comparison leads to very sluggish GUI updates on the remote desktop. But, when I minimize the GUI (takes several seconds), response comes back while BC3 continues comparing in the background.

If I use the command like "start /MIN bcompare {session name}", BC3 still starts with full GUI.

Is there anyway to start BC3 with a given session minimized?
