Drobo Lost

I just started having a problem with BC and my drobo unit. I am using a Drobo Share to place the Drobo on the network. Runing Sync job with BC now cause the Drobo unit and the Share to go off line. I have to reboot the Drobo units to get it back on line. Not sure if this is an issue with BC or the Drobo unit.

It might help to update your Drobo and Droboshare to the latest firmware from the manufacturer.

If you look at the reviews of the Droboshare on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/DroboShare-Net...dp/B0012MF4G0/), they mention a lot of problems with it dropping offline, so this probably isn't a BC specific problem. If updating the firmware doesn't solve the problem, you should contact the manufacturer for support.
