Sure it may greylist, but I hope you're not suggesting that hampers delivery, since it requires nothing of the forum sending server beyond RFC compliance for retry.

It is on my personal whitelist but of course that won't make mails pass the receiving server.

There are a few patches that we need to apply to vbulletin that we have not been able to yet. Also, it is possible that your mail server or spam filter may stop multiple messages in quick succession from the same source (or other suspicious triggers). Is @scootersoftware on your whitelist?
