How to export/import keyboard shortcuts

At my main computer I customized a lot of keyboard shortcuts
according my preferences.

Now I would like to export those settings and transfer them
to another computer. However I cannot find where the
keyboard shortcuts are saved (registry, application data,
some other file...).

Don't know if it matters, at my main computer BC3 is
installed while at the other computer I use BC3 as a
portable version.

Is there an easy way to transfer the customized keyboard
shortcuts?

To export customized keyboard shortcuts:

1. In the Tools menu, pick Export Settings....
2. Unmark all items in the list except "Program Commands".
3. Click Finish.
4. Click Save.

To import:

1. In the Tools menu, pick Import Settings....
2. Enter the appropriate "import file".
3. Click Next.
4. Click Finish.
