How to compare recursively a whole dir trees and not only the current dirs?

How can I tell BC to compare recursively the whole dir trees and not only the current dirs?

I found no option for enabling this.

Under Session -> Session Settings... -> Handling tab, you can set subfolders to expand when you load the session. You can also set subfolders to be scanned in the background. The combination of these two items is probably what you are looking for.
