How to auto-open Folder-compare view at startup?

When I start Beyond Compare then at first a selection menu is shown
where the user can choose between e.g.

- Folder compare
- text compare
- ....

How can I AUTOMaTICALLY select "Folder compare" and proceed to the appropriate View ?

Open a new Folder Compare session
Choose Session -> Save Workspace As...
Type in a name (like "New Folder Compare") then click OK to save the workspace.

Open Tools -> Options...
Under Startup select the "New Folder Compare" workspace in the Load Workspace drop-down
